工作职责：
负责采购项目策略的规划与执行，并确保其符合公司的采购标准。 通过与供应商的价格，账期，与产品质量的谈判以管理新产品的开发方向。 评估并发掘具有优秀产品设计与开发能力的供应商。 通过与供应商高效的谈判，和对供应商综合表现的精确评估，来实现采购成本的最低化和公司利润的最大化。 与产品开发和质检部门共同制定产品的采购计划丶挖掘市场潜能丶并优化采购规范。 与质检部门共同致力于产品质量与包装的改良。 在指定采购项目中不断汲取经验与知识，在符合公司对产品要求的前提下优化采购标准。 顺应公司的快速发展，挖掘新的供应商资源以增加公司的采购竞争力。 分析产品的市场价格和走向，并向供应商提供优化产品的生产方案。 任职要求：

We currently have over 1,200 SKUs and sell both domestically and internationally.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for organizing and implementing purchasing strategies for sourcing projects in compliance with company standards Manage new product development through management of vendors with a high level of negotiation with suppliers for pricing, payment term, and product qualityPerform evaluation on selecting qualified vendors to product beautifully-designed productsPerform cost saving in manufacturer to optimize company profit in all aspects via astute negotiation and value analysis techniquesCollaborate with Product Development and Quality Control team to generate purchase requisition, identify market needs, and refine specifications for purchasingDrive continuous improvement through QC on components and manufacture improvements in product and packingDevelop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of assigned sourcing projects and perform the required purchasing and product elevation for assigned projects to meet company standardsResearch and cultivate new sources for vendors for company expansionAnalyze market price, trends and manufacturing method improvements  
Requirements:
College/Bachelor Degree preferredPrevious buyer experience strongly neededTravel is requiredAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipWillingness to take initiativeAble to work in a fast -paced environmentEffectively manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical, written and oral communication skillsMust be detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize workIntermediate computer skills: Outlook, Excel, WordBilingual speakers in Mandarin, Vietnamese, ect
