岗位职责：
Job Description:
- Prototyping, designing, and developing mobile applications.
- Determining customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
- Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements
- Appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Building the knowledge base and classifying contents, monitoring the hot topics and hotspot, and give value formulation on it.
- Creating our own hot topics and promotion strategies
- Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models to ensure the best user experience
- Monitoring junior resources and providing guidance to ensure that all development standards and practices are followed.
- Prototyping, designing, and developing mobile applications
- Partnering with the stakeholders and end-users to translate ideas, high-level specifications into new or enhanced mobile application solutions.
- Working with product owners across the businesses to understand market needs & vision and quickly translate that vision into demonstrable applications
- Communicating effectively with immediate team and leadership, ensuring the team receives consistent messages and has a clear understanding of business direction, strategy, and results
- Pursuing continuous improvement in development processes, standards, and quality.
1.根据公司和产品的发展策略，负责“产品项目”策划管理工作，提升用户体验；
2.负责挖掘内容库建设，对内容进行分类分层，并负责各品类热点及爆款内容的监控、内容匹配、热度值制定等；
3.根据目标任务拆解，制定合理有效的热点、爆款、优质等更新策略；
4.负责平台产品的需求挖掘和分析、产品规划和功能设计，及产品迭代、产品上线全流程，对产品质量负责；
5.制订产品需求文档，以供设计、开发、测试人员明确产品需求，完成产品研发；
6.负责编写产品需求书产品原型，协助开发团队理解和掌握需求，对产品需求方向和易用性负责；
7.负责跨部门协调和沟通，推动UI、开发、测试、运营等人员紧密合作达成产品目标；
8.跟踪产品上线后的运营及客户反馈情况，进行产品优化和改进，协调推动产品功能实施，提高用户活跃度；
岗位要求：
Candidate Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of working experience as an Internet product manager (mobile app design and development).
- Extensive knowledge of mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
- Deep knowledge of App design and user experience
- Have a good command of product demand analysis and design skills and have an in-depth understanding of the interaction design process
- Experience with Axure/PPT/Visto/墨刀.
- Be familiar with information product flow recommendation strategy, mature content experience, familiar with vertical media in various fields
- Knowledge about online shopping apps
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Work with a sense of urgency, strong self-drive and passionate about their work.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is Required.
1. 具备3年以上互联网产品经理工作经验
2. 熟悉互联网或软件产品整体实现过程，包括从需求分析到产品发布；
3. 对于产品设计和用户体验有自己深刻的理解；
4. 具备独立撰写产品文档的能力，熟练掌握产品需求分析、设计技巧，对交互设计过程有深入了解；
5. 熟练使用Axure/PPT/Visto/墨刀等软件；
6. 了解信息流产品推荐策略，有成熟的内容经验，熟悉各领域垂直媒体；
7. 熟悉国内外资讯类产品，逻辑思维能力强，擅于处理问题，有较强的用户理解和内容理解能力，对内容行业有深刻见解；
8. 抗压能力强，自驱力强，对工作有责任心，时刻保持激情活力。
9. 需应聘者可以熟练的使用中文（听，说，读，写）及英文。(必须）
