Job Description:
• Coordinate with contract writer to complete "Tour Guide" for point of interests
• Coordinate with tech team to test the software and website functionality
• Upload writing and imaging material to website
• Coordinate with Tour Operators for the best price and routing options
• Receive customer phone calls and resolve issues if needed
Requirement:
• Must bilingual in both English and Chinese, be able to read, write, and speak fluent Chinese
• Good communication skill, have present personality
• Able to use Microsoft office tool
• Good work ethics and attention to details
• Like travel
