我们对您的要求：
1.需全职工作。 一般是9am---6pm，周末需要调休。偶尔需要加班。能熟练使用办公软件-- WORD ,EXCEL , POWERPOINT, ADOBE ACROBAT, ONE NOTE, READY SHARE 和云存储。
2.认真细心。 工作是从最基本的办公室助理做起，需要处理的文件比较多，要能仔细处理不能出错误。
3. 沟通能力好。平时工作要和已购买保险的客户联系，协助客户处理事故，翻译，处理文件（客户看不懂的文件），联系拖车道路救援，等等事情
4.学习能力强。公司会提供培训，要求学会并理解全部保险合同，完成州政府考试。
5.诚实守信。 公司会做背景调查，要求诚实，无任何不良记录。
6.团队工作。 公司的发展离不开团队协作，要有良好的团队合作精神。
7.长期稳定工作。 我们公司提供成长空间，有良好的培训计划，高于市场的薪水。 所以我们只招长期工作的人员，我们会要求签署竞业协议和保密协议。
8.英语能力良好。 至少在不借助任何翻译软件情况下，看懂工作要求
Purpose of Position
To provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers, provide sales producers with possible sales opportunities and assist in sales and office organization. Our goal is to sincerely sell to customers’ needs while pursuing Allstate’s marketing focus.
License Requirements
P&C and Life & Disability licenses need in three 3 month.
Minimum Performance Requirements
Will be determined by agency principal, and staff and updated monthly. Essential functions listed are primary goals to improve sales and retention.
Essential Functions
· Answer phone with a smile each time
· Update/endorse customer policies at their direction
· Handle billing inquiries, process customer payments
· Notify Agency Owner of dissatisfied customers and customers at risk of leaving
· Report claims
· Assist in training other employees
· Review new business log weekly with Agency Owner
· Cross-sell existing customers
· Follow up on pending endorsements and applications daily
· Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
· Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude

10. 工资--试用期13/h ， 试用期90天. 转正后14-22之间， 另外根据岗位不同有奖金和补助，我们的薪资待遇是随着您的能力提高而提高。
