Sales & Marketing Coordinator Main Duties:
1. Responsible for creating new product listings description by coordinating with other team members for Amazon Vendor account, and all B to B accounts, such as wayfair, overstock, hayneedle etc.
2. Operate and update all B to B accounts, Amazon vendor account and our own company website to ensure our products generate sales; enhance product ranking, and maintain high customer satisfaction & logistics metric scores for company online store and Marketplace Channels.
3. In charge of all B to B accounts inventory update timely.
4. Responsible for new product information, such as products description, picture, packaging etc. set up in our company system.
5. Update our products information and inventory timely for all LTL customers
6. Assist to follow up all FOB orders timely.
7. Prepare monthly B to B sales report, LTL sales report, FOB sales report, top ten sales products report and comparison with previous year.
8. Provide good customer service and regularly review customer feedback and communicate with team members for product development needs.
9. Work with other team member to come up with new products ideas, give them product research report weekly.
10. Use strategic sales and promotional plans for products with the ability to track sales results and profitability.
11. Work closely with management on product development by providing product and market research, competitor analysis and pricing guidelines within online pet product offerings.
12. Other assigned jobs by supervisor
Requirement:
1) Legally work in the U.S.
2) Positive, outgoing solution-finder who can multitask.
3) Good communicator and comfortable talking to customers over the phone.
4) Related experience in Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, etc. platforms is preferred.
5) Familiar with Photoshop or other picture processing software is preferred.
6) Proficient English in writing and speaking is required.
7) Computer skills are required.
