Full Charge Accountant
Qualifications and Skills:
 Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work; Highly motivated,
Organized, and Team Player
 Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
 Proficient in accrual and cash basis of accounting
 Performing reconciliations for bank and general ledgers, as well as payroll
processing
 Ensuring correct and punctual monthly, quarterly and year end close
 Assembling the trial balance and financial statements, including balance sheet
and income and cash flow statements
 Preparing depreciation schedules
 3+ years of experience in the bookkeeping field
 Proficiency with Excel, and accounting software such as Creative Solutions
and/or QuickBooks
 Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
 Foster teamwork and demonstrate strong leadership skills
Education and Requirement:
 Comparable diploma with an AA degree in Accounting or Business preferred
 Fluent in English; Chinese speaking preferred
 Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
