Good Afternoon This is your tenant at 11919 Greensbrook Forest. I have a few problems the floors in the kitchen and front restroom are very soft like sinking in. The hot water always goes off the reset button has to be hit everyday for water to be hot to use. He still hasn’t came back to fix nobs in rest tube and sink. In the master bedroom the roof by the window seal is leaking in the kitchen it is leaking at the back sliding door it is leaking
