Looking for a hardworking, highly reliable and
team oriented warehouse supervisor who is proactive and detail-oriented with 1
year of work experience in a Warehouse that can join the team immediately!
Dates: Starting as soon as possible
Job Type：Full-time
Salary：$45,000.00 to $54,000.00/year
Work Location：Rancho Cucamonga,CA
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the warehouse, and actively deal with various emergencies;
· Prepare for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship);
· Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store);
· Responsible for the rational planning of warehouses, make full use of warehouses;
· Responsible for the safety management of storage products, organize the supervision and inspection of all warehouse security measures;
· Arrange the work of subordinates rationally, and regularly perform skills guidance and performance assessment on the subordinate employees;
· Answer customers' phone calls and coordinate the work with the team in China.
Requirements:
· Bilingual Chinese a huge plus!
· College degree or above;
· Previous experience in a similar role, more than 1 years of management experience in logistics and warehousing-related fields;
· Good organizational and analytical skills, plan implementation ability;
· Good at computer operation and Microsoft Office, skilled use of printer and label printing;
· Familiar with logistics and warehousing business processes and familiar with relevant quality management systems.
