【岗位职责】Job responsibility

1、对公司战略计划、新产品、新服务的可行性的市场调研和分析; Market feasibility research and analysis for company strategy, new product and new service;

2、跟踪和研究当地国家重大政策、法律法规、消费习惯等的变动，做出判断并提出相应的产品调整建议; Local government policy, laws and regulations, local consumptive habit changes follow up and research, come up with corresponding judgment and product upgrade suggestion.

3、对当地市场进行深入调查研究，把握行业动向，并就产品开发、市场销售、客户服务、竞争对手及消费者等专题提出专题调查报告或策划方案; Deep research on local market, understand industry trend and draft research/survey plan and report regarding product development, market, customer service, competitors and customers.

4、负责调研方案的具体实施，保证数据和信息的充分和真实; In charge of the execution for research plan, ensure the data is sufficient and real.

5、撰写能够真实反映调研结果的调研报告。Draft research report to truly reflect research results.

6、控制市场调研的预算和费用; Manage market research budget.

【任职要求】Requirements

1、市场营销相关专业本科以上学历。At least bachelor degree for market and sales

2、具备5年以上北美市场调研工作经验，3年以上北美市场调研管理工作经验 At least 5-year experience for north American market research, at least 3-year manage experience for north American market

3、熟悉市场调研流程以及市场调研方法，熟练使用市场调研工具。Familiar with market research process and methods, proficient in market research tools
