DirectEB-5 Pharmacy Investor program ，get green card fast！President Biden announced during his State of the Union address on Tuesday， March 1, 2022 that individuals who test positive for COVID-19 at a pharmacy will soon be able
to get free antiviral treatments immediately after.
As the COVID-19 situation in the U.S. is still severe, we have a Direct EB-5 Pharmacy
Investor program that has been granted Expedited Processing Status received I-526
conditional green card approval within 30 days.

2022. Below are Q&A’s from our investors and expert immigration attorney.
Q: Does expedited processing also apply to Chinese applicants?
A: Yes.
Q: How will it affect the wait time for an applicant to get a green card?
A: There is currently no green card backlog for Chinese nationals under Direct EB-5
Investment. In the near future, as long as the EB-5 Regional Center project is
reauthorized this year, there will be a backlog again, with a waitlist of about 10 years.
Therefore, timing is of the essence.
Q: What do you think of the inevitable increase in EB-5 investment amount?
A: The investment will increase when the EB-5 Regional Center Program is
reauthorized this year.
Q: What is a good strategy for Chinese investors? For example, "If we submit an
application within the next 30 days and make a request for expedited processing that is
approved within 30 days, what would the timeline for an investor‘s green card (including
obtaining a green card) look like
A: For expedited processing, an I-526 petition may generally be approved within 3 to 6
months. If the EB-5 green card backlog comes back into effect, the next step in
applying for a green card may be delayed.

Q: What happens to EB-5 investors if the investment amount changes after we submit
an application?
A: The investment amount is locked in when the I-526 petition is filed.
Q: If Chinese investors have children under age 21, how would they be treated?
A: There may not be an age issue for younger children. Otherwise, older children are
still at risk of getting older as the backlog of EB-5 green cards for nationals
could make a comeback (Aging Out).
(If a child is 18 at the time of I-526 application, with 5 years of backlog, with 5 years of backlog,
hewill be 23; therefore, aged out.)
